Sponsoring is a process that keeps lasting contacts and helps to follow the development of the sponsored child or group. However, donations are basically occasional and limited in time. They are unrestricted and are implemented according to the donor’s wishes.
- Donations are used to:
- Organize activities: Christmas celebration, end of school year celebration, anniversaries…
- Purchase gifts for the children
- Cover emergency situations
- Develop SESOBEL’s activities.
- The donor receives:
- An acknowledgment of receipt of the amount of donation
- A thank you letter which describes how and for what the money was used.
