DESCRIPTION DE L’EMPLOI
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production process and monitor the daily production schedule across all workshops
- Set priorities based on urgent orders, client deadlines, or upcoming events (weddings, baptisms, holidays)
- Ensure all machines and tools are functional, ready, and well-maintained
- Ensure the team follows correct quantities, recipes, and production standards
- Guide and support all workers, including individuals with disabilities
- Ensure hygiene and safety rules are strictly followed at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field - Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in production or operations management

- Good knowledge of food production processes and quality standards
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
