Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process and monitor the daily production schedule across all workshops
• Set priorities based on urgent orders, client deadlines, or upcoming events (weddings, baptisms, holidays)
• Ensure all machines and tools are functional, ready, and well-maintained
• Ensure the team follows correct quantities, recipes, and production standards
• Guide and support all workers, including individuals with disabilities
• Ensure hygiene and safety rules are strictly followed at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field
• Experience:
  1 to 2 years of relevant experience in production or operations management
