Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, customer service–oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will assist customers by providing product information and supporting daily in-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them inside the store
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services
• Work closely with the indoor sales team to ensure excellent customer service, especially during busy periods
• Gather customer feedback and report it to the store manager

Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Team-oriented with a strong customer-focused attitude

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
