SALES-SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, and companies
  • Negotiate with distributors to place SESOBEL products in supermarkets and retail outlets
  • Present products during client meetings and follow up to secure regular sales and orders
  • Organize and participate in sales events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability and delivery timelines
  • Provide input on pricing strategies, product assortment, and packaging
  • Contribute to product improvement based on market trends and customer feedback

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
    BTS or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience:
    1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
