JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, and companies
- Negotiate with distributors to place SESOBEL products in supermarkets and retail outlets
- Present products during client meetings and follow up to secure regular sales and orders
- Organize and participate in sales events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability and delivery timelines
- Provide input on pricing strategies, product assortment, and packaging
- Contribute to product improvement based on market trends and customer feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
BTS or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development
Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
